Our courses
Building confidence, wellbeing, and teamwork — The TRUST Method at the heart of every New Leaf course
TRUST for children
Courses run one day a week over five weeks, in small groups of up to six children — giving every child individual attention and space to build trust, confidence, and resilience.
Free to families. Schools and referrers pay a subsidised cost of £995 per group. Places are booked by the school or referrer — apply here.
Before the course begins, children can explore our children's zone to familiarise themselves with what to expect. To apply, please complete the following form.
Children can visit our children’s zone here to orientate themselves before the course.
TRUST for families and carers
Building Trust Together
Parents and carers join a two-hour session at the start of the programme and a one-hour session in the final week — exploring practical strategies to support your child's confidence, resilience, and wellbeing at home, and bringing the TRUST approach into everyday family life.
There is no cost to families.
TRUST for teachers
Included within the TRUST children's course, two school staff attend all five days alongside their pupils — learning the TRUST Method in nature, guided by the programme lead, and working towards TRUST Certification.
The course covers how anxiety affects the brain (drawing on Polyvagal Theory and ACEs research) and provides practical, trauma-informed strategies for calm, connected classrooms — supporting all learners, including those with ASD or ADHD.
Details: One day a week over five weeks at Courteenhall Estate, Northamptonshire. Two adults and six children included in the £995 school package. Additional staff: £100 per person. Funded places available through our charitable programme.
